I tried amritsari kulcha thali very delicious and its not oily its like homemadeAunty own this restaurant she’s very humble she cook amazingPrices also fair if you looking for quality
This place was amazing! I said words like, "Best Indian food I've ever eaten!" It really was. The folks working there were nice and helpful. I enjoyed every bite of my paneer pakora, samosas and saag paneer. The naan, tamarind and mint chutney were spot on. We were very lucky to stumble upon this place while visiting the area. If I lived closer, I would eat there no less than three times per week.
This was hands down the best tandoori chicken I’ve ever had! It was incredibly juicy, with a perfectly balanced marinated that brought out deep, smoky flavors from the tandoor. The spice blend was just right—bold yet not overwhelming—letting the natural flavors shine. Served with fresh mint chutney and crisp onions, it was an absolute delight. If you’re a fan of grilled meats, this is a must-try!
99 Punjabi Dhaba in Traver, CA is a great spot for tasty, homemade Indian food. We tried their stuffed paratha, chole kulche, and makke ki roti with sarson ka saag, and everything was delicious and full of flavor. The paratha was perfectly crisp, the chole-kulche were super satisfying, and the saag with roti was just the kind of comfort food you want. We finished it all off with a warm cup of milk tea that hit the spot. They also make sure to cook veg and non-veg dishes separately to avoid any cross-contamination, which is very thoughtful!Note - Don’t miss their aam ka achaar, so good that we ended up buying it!
Great little family ran restaurant, tried a pretty big spread and it was all some of the best food I've ever had. I told them I wanted spicy but not like painful and I think they nailed that request. Staff was super nice and happy to explain the food to a first timer. I'll be back.... Regularly. I spent a lot but had plenty of leftovers, mostly wanted to get to try many things. Prices and portions were quite generous in my opinion.
I ordered shahi paneer, dal makhani, parathas, garlic naan and amritsari kulche. The parathas were very delicious and felt like it came straight from India! Their spice scale is decent and well balanced.
The service is rapid and friendly. The food is very fresh, very warm when served, and the taste is delicious! I highly recommend To everyone must visit. They also have truck parking available so easy for truck drivers like me to have Indian food during your trip when you really miss homemade healthy tasty food.
Was craving AUTHENTIC Dhaba style food for a long time and found it here. Family run restaurant where everything is made from scratch. Makes a huge difference in taste and quality of the dishes. Even served with home made pickles on the side! Super happy with our meal. I could finally tell “this is what real butter chicken tastes like, kids”.
